DAY SIX of the Tinusaur summer course, the students put more emphasis on programming as they had to create different programs for temperature measurement and irrigation pump operation.
Their teacher Sofia Boyanova said that they learned how to find the value that corresponds to the temperature in the room using the binary search method. Everyone has found this value for themselves because it is different according to the environment.
As part of the work, the children had to create accounts on the Blocktinu platform and thus store the programs they were working on or finish them at home. This provides great convenience and the ability to work from different locations.
In addition to programming, the children installed the pump and filter on the water container and once again took care of their plants, watering them and adding sand to the pots where the humidity sensor would be placed.
