The successful Bulgarian platform for training in programming, physics, and robotics “Tinusaur” showed its latest educational kits for assembling mini-computers at the most prominent technology exhibition in the Middle East – GITEX, which took place from 17 to 21 October 2021 in Dubai. The participation of 6 Bulgarian technology companies in the world event was provided by the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency (BSMEPA).
Neven Boyanov, the founder of Tinusaur, shared the great interest of companies from the EdTech sector and state educational institutions in its methodology, courses, and training. The demonstration of mini-computer assembly kits, including the latest kits (expected for the New Year holidays), has attracted many potential and private corporate customers.
“Over 200 people showed interest in contacting us, and several hundred people visited us with questions. It was important for us to share that this is a 100% Bulgarian product, and not an import and sale of finished products from the Far East”, says Boyanov.
Our participation at GITEX is another success for the STEM platform Tinusaur at an international forum. In 2020, the company presented itself at the world exhibition, Bett Show, in London. Many people shared with us: “This is the most interesting product that was worth coming for.” Principals and lecturers at prestigious private and public colleges were impressed by the practical aspect of teaching science on the platform. Representatives of schools and universities in Africa expressed interest in piloting the hardware kit and the platform.
