Tinusaur games on Bulgarian National TV

On March 1, Neven Boyanov, founder of the Tinusaur science and programming training platform, spoke about the project on the air of “100% awaken” – one of the freshest morning broadcasts on Bulgarian National Television. Neven responded to the invitation of the team, which took the occasion from the recent news about the prizes of Bulgarian students at the Mathematical Olympiads.

He talked about how projects like Tinusаur encourage children to develop their technical skills in the world of programming, robotics, and science to prepare for the jobs of the future. Neven enticed the hosts to play with microcomputers assembled from Tinusaur boards and convinced them that programming is not difficult, as long as you know how to do it. Neven also spoke about the Tinusaur Foundation which supports education in technical sciences in small towns.

How the Tinusaur platform came about, how Neven attracted other programmers in the endeavor, why the project has become an opportunity for beginners to learn programming and robotics, how important it is to know at least one programming language in the future, find out from the video (in Bulgarian).
